Today, a new phase for Israel begins
Today, 70 nations from the UN (not a coincidental number) gather to vote for a resolution of the UN Security Council against Israel.
Of the at least 226 resolutions the UN wrote against Israel, it is the first time that it concerns a resolution that can also force Israel to adhere to the resolution by military force.
That the (united) nations will prepare for battle against Jerusalem has already been predicted long ago. Even the events are described in detail:
- The nations will be gathered for battle
- The city will be captured
- The houses will be ransacked (plundered)
- The women will be raped
- Half of the city will go into exile
- The other half will stay and not be extermined
Perhaps the "dirty work" will be left for the experts of ISIS, who aren't doing anything other than killing, raping and plundering anyway. Or perhaps the UN member states will partake in these war crimes themselves.
By now, a long list of predictions about Israel have been fulfilled (in chronological order):
- The people of Israel are be enslaved in Egypt
- The people of Israel are delivered from Egypt with wealth
- The people of Israel possess the land of Canaan as the promised land
- The people of Israel turn to idolatry in the promised land
- In Jerusalem, a center of worship is established
- The northern kingdom (Israel) goes into exile in Assyria
- The southern kingdom (Judah) goes into exile in Babylon
- The first temple is destroyed
- A small remnant of the Babylonian exiles returns
- The people of Israel are scattered among the nations
- The second temple is destroyed (this was in 70 AD)
- The people of Israel endure persecution and oppression
- The people of Israel are be regathered from all nations (in 1948)
Each of these predictions is made hundreds to thousands of years before they came true. They are found in writings that in our time have been combined to form the Bible. Even if you doubt the truth of this collection of books, it is reemarkable that of the in total 16 predictions that are made there, 13 have so far come true exactly as predicted. Apparently, we are dealing with a reliable program, so you can count on it that the remaining three predictions will also come true.
Chronologicallly speaking, the next prediction will be the one in which all nations will turn against Jerusalem and go into war against the city, which is coming eerily close because of the recent events. The above listing of what will happen to Jerusalem when all nations turn against the city was made over 2,500 years ago and can be found in Zechariah 14:2.
For the remaining two predictions that will follow after that, we would like to refer you to "Why Israel?" by Derek Prince on YouTube, made about 20 years ago. The speaker has since passed away, but he has minutiously studied the Bible to find a total of 16 predictions. As the title suggests, he also explains what the use is of all these predictions: why does Israel exist and what is the purpose that all these events should happen?
